Two Local Legislators Honored as Small Business Guardians for 2026

Two lawmakers representing the GLOW region have received recognition for their work supporting local enterprises. The pair was named 2026 Guardians of Small Business, an honor that highlights their efforts to reduce regulatory burdens and advocate for independent companies across their districts.

The recognition comes as small business owners continue to face rising costs, workforce shortages, and shifting economic conditions. Supporters say the two legislators have consistently pushed for policies that make it easier to open, operate, and expand a business in upstate New York.
