Pine Bluff came alive Sept. 25-26 as the Delta Expo made its debut at the Pine Bluff Convention Center. The two-day event, presented by the Pine Bluff Black Chamber of Commerce and led by president and CEO Joni Alexander-Robinson, drew businesses, entrepreneurs, artists, and community members for a celebration of regional commerce and creativity.

Attendees moved through a packed schedule that featured live music, Delta food, shopping, stepping, and books. Small-business showcases gave local owners a chance to present their products and services to a wide audience. Artists and performers added energy throughout the weekend, while food vendors served dishes rooted in the Delta tradition.

Organizers described the expo as a first-of-its-kind gathering for the area. The goal was to connect entrepreneurs with new customers and to highlight the talent and culture that define the region. For many vendors, the event offered valuable exposure and a chance to network with other business owners.

Community members turned out in strong numbers, filling the convention center halls and creating a lively atmosphere. The mix of commerce, entertainment, and cultural expression gave visitors something for every interest. Plans are already being discussed for future editions of the expo.
